We will screen Silent Rain, the film that the youth interns promoted and advertised on their own.
Youth Cinema Intern is a program for teenagers to learn how to distribute and promote a film. Films don’t reach the audience by simply being made. How do you get a film to be seen by the most people? How can you convey the charm of the film? In collaboration with a film distribution company, the teenagers face that question and took on that challenge.
Silent Rain
Working at a university and walking with a limp, Yukisuke meets Koyomi, who runs a taiyaki snack shop. However, Koyomi soon has an accident, and loses the ability to create new memories. Yukisuke decides to live day by day with Koyomi, knowing that by tomorrow she will have forgotten about today. Colored with despair and shared wishes, this couple's life together begins...

Rabbit House President Hideaki Masuda
After experience in distribution for 20th Century Fox, in 2015 he became president of Elephant House. He was involved in the production of Sweet Bean, Harmonium, and Asako I & II, all of which were officially screened at the Cannes Film Festival. After the distribution of Just Only Love, he started Rabbit House in 2020. The film, Honki No Shirushi, was chosen to be in the Official Selection of the 2020 Cannes Film Festival.
