Having grown up in a humble home, Dani is living with his mother and Javier, who has cerebral palsy. Dani is working and is also responsible for Javier. With a helper, Javier is doing an internship at the library, but a phone call from Dani's mother while he is at work disrupts the rhythm of the family's day.

Worrying about what they should do, “We want to feel our child’s last memory,” a couple thinks as they drive. They know that in this house that has fallen on hard times are a mother and boy living together. They also know that the boy’s father left immediately after he was born. What kind of thoughts will come back to this couple after meeting the boy.

This is a work from the dry region of central Myanmar, where the director recorded the life of her own parents. An avid newspaper reader, her father climbs palm trees to get oil. Her mother can't read words, scales, or clocks, but uses palm sugar to make local snacks and supplement their life. There is much to love about the way they live their lives.
