Dostojee – TWO FRIENDS  has won the Golden SHIKA Award, Award of Excellence for the International Competition!

Golden KOJIKA Award, Award of Excellence in Student Film Category: NARA-wave was awarded to All Summer Long

The Award of Excellence (Golden SHIKA Award), Audience Award, Award for Best Actor, Jury’s Prize for International Competition, and the Award of Excellence (Golden KOJIKA Award), Audience Award, Award for the Best Actor and Jury’s Prize for NARA-wave are announced at the closing ceremony of the Nara International Film Festival 2022.

This year, winner of the Nara International Film Festival 2022 Golden SHIKA Award, Award of Excellence for International Competition is Dostojee – TWO FRIENDS  directed by Prasun Chatterjee.

Audience Award, International Competition is awarded to Playground directed by Laura Wandel.

Award for the Best Actor, International Competition is awarded to Maya Vanderbeque in

Playground directed by Laura Wandel.

Special Jury Award for International Competition was awarded to Pushing Boundaries directed by Lesia Kordonets.

The Golden KOJIKA Award 2022 is awarded to Yuki Horiuchi’s film All Summer Long.

Audience Award, NARA-wave 2022 is awarded to Hometown Lullaby  directed by Liu Bo.

Award for the Best Actor, NARA-wave 2022 is awarded to Fumiya Kimura in Hometown Lullaby directed by Liu Bo.

Special Jury Award, NARA-wave 2022 is awarded to May You Rest In Peace directed by Li Xiong.
