NIFF YOUTH JURY PROGRAM
BERLINALE SPOTLIGHT-GENERATION

The NIFF Youth Jury Program is a newly launched youth program for NIFF 2018.
The aim of this program is to provide children with an environment to express and exchange their thoughts while experiencing different cultures from around the world through the medium of film.

The feature film section of the program “Berlinale Spotlight－Generation” features 5 films recommended by the Berlinale Generation Children’s Jury section of the Berlin International Film Festival,
which the NIFF partnered with this year.
The short film section features 5 films recommended by NIFF’s partner Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia.
Each section of these films were judged by a panel of 5 teenage judges,
and while the main characters of these exceptional films are all children,
however, their stories will appeal to audiences of all ages.
