NIFF 2016 Awards and announcement
The 4th Nara International Film FestivalAwards and New Record of Visitors
Nara International Film Festival 2016 ended with a closing ceremony on Sept. 22 and marked a record high of 31,451 visitors.
Although a typhoon affected our screenings and events, many visitors participated in our opening ceremony in Nara Park Kasuga no Enchi, as well as at Nara Machi Center and Hotel Sunroute Nara. Thank you very much for your participation.
We also deeply thank corporate sponsors, red carpet club members, and other supporters for their kind cooperation and supports in various ways.
The preparation for the 5th Nara International Film Festival in 2018 has already begun. We'd like to ask for your continuous support and cooperation.
